Craig M. Sico is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Sico has been recognized by Super Lawyers, a publication of Thompson Reuters, and has been awarded with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which means “very high to pre- eminent legal ability” and “very high ethical standards.” He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association (ABA).

Mr. Sico has successfully litigated commercial disputes for corporations, partnerships and individuals regarding insurance bad faith, breach of contract, oil and gas claims and anti-trust litigation. Mr. Sico is a nationally recognized litigator who has been admitted to practice before state and all federal courts in Texas. He has handled many complex product liability, workplace injury, trucking, class action, commercial and aviation disputes arising in many states across the nation.

Mr. Sico believes the work performed on behalf of the clients of the firm goes far beyond the pursuit of money. That is why he has chosen to represent many clients without charge in their time of need. He has also offered his services as a special prosecutor to assist in the prosecution of cases which required a higher level of skill or resources than those available to the government.

As a highly dedicated advocate, Attorney Sico has often times continued to fight for the interests of his client even after the litigation is complete.

Mr. Sico is uniquely qualified to handle complex business and commercial disputes. In addition to his extensive background as a nationally recognized litigator, he brings his experience from the business community. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Sico was employed by Exxon Company, U.S.A. for several years in an advanced management training program.
